Thirst Studios is a small creative web design and development team based in Melbourne, Australia. We make great websites that are creative, simple, and a pleasure to use.
We have a strong focus on creative design, usability, web standards and accessibility, but most importantly we employ a user-centered design approach, which means we stay focused on the specific needs of your audience throughout the design process. We have a broad understanding and extensive experience in design for web sites and transactional online applications, having worked with a number of organisations ranging from large corporate, community-based and government departments to small start-ups.

I’m involved with most of the strategy and ‘front-end’ work around here, which means designing the user-experience and building web interfaces that don’t just look good, but are easy for people to use.
I like my tea strong, curry hot and music loud.
Andrew Gunstone
Technical Director
It’s geeky, but I am a bit of a passionate web designer and developer. I tend to be the one in the company that wears both the designer and developer hats. Recently I have become a little obsessed with using ExpressionEngine and CodeIgniter.
I also have a young family which keeps me pretty busy!
